1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Delivery (All over India): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days for major metro cities.

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or festive season backlogs.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: ₹79 for orders below ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with a small handling fee of ₹50 (may vary during promotions).

All shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before final payment.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and a link via email or SMS to track your parcel.

  • You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website and entering your order number.


5. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to most cities and towns across India through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post.

  • If delivery to your location is not available, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative option or process a refund.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected pin codes only.

  • Please ensure correct contact details and address while placing a COD order.

  • Repeated order refusals or non-acceptance of COD parcels may lead to suspension of COD facility for your account.


7. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, contact number, or non-availability of the recipient, it may be returned to our facility.

    • Reshipment: Available upon request (with applicable re-shipping charges).

    • Refund: If prepaid, the refund will be processed after deducting the original shipping fee.


9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or unboxing video as proof

  • A brief description of the issue

10. International Shipping

At present, Infiny Fragrance ships only within India.
